How do I return my purchase?

Does the return policy apply to custom designs?

• Unfortunately the return policy only applies to items listed on www.anaturalgem.com and fall under our Return Policy.  Custom designs are considered final sale due to their personalized nature.

Can I return a ring to get it resized?

• Yes, we offer one free resizing within 30 days of purchase.  

Do you charge sales tax?

• Sales tax is collected on all orders shipping within the state of North Carolina.  We reserve the right to adjust our sales tax policy as tax laws change.

How long will it take to get my order?

• Most of the items listed on A Natural Gem are made to order.  Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your purchase to ship.  Items may ship sooner.  If you have a deadline please contact us to arrange your purchase.

I see you have a location in Cornelius, NC can I come to see the jewelry?

• We use our Cornelius, NC location to complete appraisals, design work, and pick up and drop off for repairs.  Our retail sales are completed online.  If you would like to pick up a purchase in person please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Can I just stop by your location in Cornelius, NC?

• We work by appointment only.  Due to the concierge style of our business we are not always at the Cornelius location.  If you would like to set up an appointment please contact us.

Does my order include an appraisal?

• Yes, orders placed with A Natural Gem will include an insurance replacement value appraisal if the retail value is over $499 

Are your gemstones and diamonds natural?

• Yes!  Our stone only sells natural gemstones and diamonds.  We do not list lab grown or synthetic stones on A Natural Gem.  

I'm looking for a lab grown diamond, can you get one for me?

• A Natural Gem only sells natural gemstones and diamonds.  Lab grown diamonds can be custom sourced and will be considered final sale.  We advise against lab grown diamonds due to the unforeseen future value of the stones as market and manufacturing processes change.

I don't see any engagement rings on your site, do you do bridal settings and wedding bands?

• Yes!  If you can dream it, we can create it!  We work with an exclusive diamond dealer out of New York City for diamond engagement rings.  All of our engagement rings are one of a kind custom designs for your one of a kind love.  To begin crafting your engagement ring contact us now!
