30-Day Risk Free Return Policy

We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces.  While we are confident you will love your purchase, we are proud to offer a 30-Day no risk return policy on all in stock styles.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return within 30 days from the date of purchase.  

One return is allowed per customer per calendar year.  Any additional purchases made after a return during same calendar year time period are final sale.  By proceeding with additional orders, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

A Natural Gem's Refund Policies

The refund period starts the day after you place your order with A Natural Gem.  It normally takes 14 days to process and ship your order.  For any order that is shipped after the fourteen day processing time, the additional processing days will be added to the return period.  By proceeding to place an order with A Natural Gem you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Items sold as custom designs, engraved, or altered are final sale and non-refundable. 

Return Procedure:

To return an item, follow these simples steps:

1. Call 704-659-6863 or email info@anaturalgem.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Write the return authorization number on the outside shipping label.  The number will only be valid for 7 days.  The package must be shipped within 7 days.  Returned items without prior authorization will not be subject to a full refund.

2. Place the item and all original packaging securely in the box.  If you were provided with appraisals or stone certificates they must be included as well.  If the item has a security tag it must remain intact.

3. Please attach the return label provided by A Natural Gem.  For security purposes, please DO NOT write any high value words on the package.  A Natural Gem is not responsible for the loss or damage during the return process.  Items showing obvious signs of tampering or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

4.  Upon receipt, the item will be inspected.  You will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your refund.

Terms and Conditions:

Returns are only accepted if they follow the A Natural Gem return procedure listed above.  We can only accept items in their original unworn/unaltered condition.  The returned item's must be in like-new condition.

Any unauthorized or improperly packaged items will be returned to the sender and no refund will be processed.  

Merchandise that has been altered, damaged, or shows signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the sender.  Resized items are not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All refunds will be processed within 10 business days after A Natural Gem receives the item.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.  Please refer to your bank or card company for the processing time to see your refund returned to your account.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

Exclusions:

Returns/exchanges do not apply to custom or customized orders arranged through A Natural Gem. All items specially sourced, engraved, or custom made are final sale.  All items sold as Clearance are final sale.  Items that have been resized are final sale.  Items purchased as an exchange are final sale.  Refunds will not be given for service or repairs.

Return requests beyond the 30 day window will be denied for a refund and may be excepted for exchange or store credit at the the discretion of A Natural Gem.
