Iris Blue Sapphire and Diamond Disc Necklace

Blue sapphire and diamond necklace available in sterling silver.  Features approximately 0.06 ctw of round cut sapphires with 0.03 ctw of round brilliant cut diamonds.  Pendant is attached to an 18 inch cable chain with a spring ring clasp.
